Exhibit List

Ontario court emails and the details to include when requesting an exhibit list, including fly-in and satellite locations.

Put the court file number, level of court, and party names in the email. Asterisked locations go to the regional base court.

Court email addresses in Ontario depend on the level of court (Ontario Court of Justice vs. Superior Court of Justice) and the type of proceeding (Criminal, Civil, or Family), as exhibit records are managed by the specific court office handling the case file rather than a single general email.

Furthermore, many of the remote communities and northern locations in your list (such as Attawapiskat, Fort Severn, Peawanuck, Pikangikum, and Weagamow Lake) are fly-in fly-out circuit or satellite court locations. They do not maintain dedicated on-site registry offices; their records and exhibit files are administered directly by regional base/hub courthouses (e.g., Kenora, Thunder Bay, Cochrane, or Timmins).

Key Regional Base Courthouses & Email Contacts

For courthouses with established digital intake desks, Ontario uses standard functional email addresses managed by the Ministry of the Attorney General (MAG).

Note: For locations designated with an asterisk (*), requests must be directed to the regional base court handling that satellite registry.
